1. Delivery Zones & Timelines

Because we operate locally within Bangalore, we can ensure fast and reliable delivery straight to your doorstep or office.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery Timeline: Once processed, your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Note: Deliveries are generally made during business hours. Our delivery partner may contact you prior to arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: We offer Free shipping on all ergonomic chairs and workspace solutions across Bangalore.

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking details and the contact information of our local delivery partner.

You can track your package directly on our website via the Track Your Order page using your Order ID and Email address.

4. Installation & Assembly (Highly Recommended to Keep for Furniture)

  • Most of our ergonomic products are shipped [semi-assembled / fully assembled / flat-packed with an easy instruction manual].

  • [Optional text if you offer service]: For seamless setup, we offer complimentary on-site assembly by our technicians within Bangalore corporate limits at the time of delivery.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items in Transit

We take immense care in packaging and handling our premium solutions. However, if your order arrives damaged or if parts are missing:

  • Please inspect the package carefully upon delivery.

  • If you notice visible structural damage, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel or refuse the package.

  • Contact our customer support team at business@radianergo.com or via WhatsApp at 8618008947 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will expedite a replacement right away.

6. Delivery Re-attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery because no one was available at the provided address, they will attempt delivery again on the next business day. Please ensure accurate contact details are provided at checkout to coordinate smooth delivery
